Maybe we just went at a bad time, but the restroom situation was rough. The tacos were good enough and the music was fine, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole visit was terrible. But the lines for the bathrooms were long, a few stalls didn’t have toilet paper, and the floors were wet and dirty when we finally got in there. The sinks didn’t look all that clean either. I get that crowds are hard to manage, but for what the tickets cost, I expected at least the basics to be kept up. It kind of put a damper on the day for us.

The crowd was perfectly fine and everyone seemed chill, but overall the vibe just felt a bit flat to me. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just not especially memorable or exciting.

I thought the site was simple to use. I was looking for the taco fest info and found it without much digging, which was nice. Everything loaded normally, so no complaints there. A few of the details felt a little vague, like they could’ve been spelled out better, but the overall vibe was helpful and easygoing.

I ended up needing a refund because my plans changed. It wasn’t exactly "instant," but support did get back to me and explained things clearly enough. The money showed up again after a few days. Not a perfect process, but "fair enough" overall, and I’d still use them again.

The tacos were actually good and I liked the flavor, but the line was so long and it felt like I was standing there forever which got frustrating because I was hungry and just wanted to eat already, so yeah good food but the wait kind of took away from it.

I did have to look around for the confirmation email for a minute, but it showed up after a few minutes. The prices and fees were clear enough too. Not totally perfect, but I didn’t run into any real problems

I went with a few friends it was a decent day overall. We wandered around, tried tacos from a couple different stands, and some of them were really good, like the kind where you immediately start debating if you should go back for another one even though there are still more places to try.

The only thing that kept bugging me was the price. After paying for the tickets, I somehow still ended up spending more inside than I expected, and I kept thinking, wait, wasn’t the ticket supposed to cover more? It wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just don’t know if the value was totally there. I’d probably go again if the tickets were cheaper or if they included more samples.

I had no trouble getting to the venue at all. The location was really easy to find, which made the whole arrival process smooth and stress-free. Any confusion would’ve been totally avoidable with how straightforward it was.

I went to Top Taco Fest and was impressed with how clean everything stayed. The trash cans were easy to spot, and the tables weren’t sticky or gross like you’d usually expect at a big event. If they can keep things that tidy during a crowded festival, I’d assume they do a solid job with the grounds in general. It definitely made the day more enjoyable.

I also wasn’t totally sure what would happen with refunds if something went wrong. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just left me wishing things were a bit more transparent...

They kept me updated throughout the process, probably every time there was something worth sharing. Communication felt easy and I always had a good idea of what was going on.

The whole entry process was a mess. The lines barely moved, and it felt like the staff weren’t totally sure where people were supposed to go. What made it more frustrating was watching people figure out little policy loopholes and get waved through faster while everyone else just stood there waiting. Once I finally got inside, the event itself was decent, but getting in was way more annoying than it needed to be

It was way too packed, and I’m completely convinced those lines were moving at the slowest possible speed known to humanity. I’ve dealt with crowds before, but this was handled badly for sure
